Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends and champion the adoption of new technologies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads to ensure technology initiatives align with business goals. Engage with external partners, e.g. life science companies and technology vendors, to drive collaboration and innovation.
Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure the technology infrastructure is secure, resilient, and compliant with industry regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, MDR, HIPAA) in close collaboration with our compliance team.
Significant experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in health tech or digital health sectors.
“Hands-on mentality” and expertise in modern software development practices, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
Ideally understanding of regulatory environments and data privacy considerations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent in English.
